The information I posted in the reply concerns the possibility of interaction, which does not mean that in every case there will be such a problem. Perhaps, the doctor prescribing the treatment has experience in combining drugs and recognizes the effectiveness of such therapy. In case of doubt - I encourage you to consult the problem with a neurologist.
The neurologist was informed about all the medications taken, I received a reply from him that these drugs do not interact in any way.

Analysis of the interactions described in the summary of product characteristics indicates the possibility of interaction between Amitriptyline and Myditin. Tricyclics, antidepressants (e.g. Amitriptyline) may increase the effects of medicines such as Myditin and cause intestinal disorders and fever. If the neurologist has not been informed about the drugs taken permanently, the possibility of treatment with a given preparation should be consulted. It happens that doctors deliberately prescribe certain drugs in order to achieve the right therapeutic effect.
