When do I get side effects with Rispolept?

I wanted to ask how long it takes to take rispolept to experience side effects. The doctor prescribed my daughter 7 years old in behavioral disorders, and I am very afraid to give it. Side effects of Rispolept usually appear in the first days of treatment, but not everyone gets them. Most often you can observe drowsiness, concentration disorders, headaches, problems with falling asleep. Combining this medicine with loratadine may worsen the above symptoms. An interval of approximately 2 hours should be maintained between prazole and other medicines. Nasometin does not interact with Rispolept, loratadine or prazole.
