Combining these drugs increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, especially in patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers. These drugs can be used interchangeably or as directed by your doctor. If, after all, you decide to use such a combination, you should observe your body, and in the event of, for example, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea with blood, tarry stools, or other disturbing symptoms, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible.
