The laxative effect appears on average after about 6-8 hours. Since it is a dietary supplement, it has no therapeutic effect and the effect of the action can sometimes be noticeable only after a few days of regular intake of the product. It is recommended to use 1 capsule a day. Do not use the product for more than 7-10 days without consulting a doctor.
