Hello, I have been on sertraline tablets for over a year and a half. He suffers from anxiety disorders. After a last consultation with my GP, I asked if I could reduce the dose of medication because I had been feeling worse lately and I thought it was because of the medication. My dose is 3 tablets a day or 150mg. Now I take two and a half, but I have nausea, dizziness, hot flashes. Is it because I reduced the dose? I won't say, but I started to panic a lot.

It is difficult to say what may be caused by worse mood and the occurrence of symptoms such as nausea, dizziness and hot flashes, and whether it is related to treatment with sertraline. I would recommend that you re-consult a doctor who is thoroughly acquainted with your health condition and treatment history.
