Can I be pregnant if I took Ella One on day 27 of my cycle?

Hello, on June 23 there was an unlucky intercourse (27th day of the cycle) about 24 hours later I took the ellaone tablet. Now is the 40th day of the cycle, still there has been no period. Yesterday I saw a slight spotting on my panties. What does that mean? I would add that during this cycle I used the tablet 2 times and for a few days I have tender breasts as usual before the period.

EllaOne inhibits ovulation, so the drug taken after ovulation - i.e. on the 27th day of the cycle - will not work properly. You should have a check-up pregnancy test, which you will buy at the pharmacy.
