Can menstruation appear earlier when using Orgametril?

I take Orgametril from the 16th day of the cycle twice a day for one tablet. Once I forgot to take in the evening. In addition, I did not know that it was to be taken at the same hours. Today is the 9th day I have to take 10days. I noticed tiny dirt on the liner. Can menstruation appear earlier. In the leaflet he writes that up to three days after the end of taking the drug. Can I speed up menstruation because these were not the same hours?
