Can any adverse allergic reaction occur while using Ashwagandha, Fostex 100+6 and Lirra 5mg?

Ashwagandha and Fostex 100+6 and Lirra 5mg, can there be any adverse allergic reaction? If so, what to expect? On the internet I came across articles informing that ashwagandha can interact with immunosuppressive drugs, or any of the above is it?

Immunosuppressants suppress the activity of the immune system. This is a wide group of preparations, including corticosteroids - m.in. beclomethasone, which is a component of the drug Fostex. Interaction with Ashwaganda may be manifested by blood pressure disorders (an increase in pressure/hypertension can be expected). Caution advised when using both products concomitantly.
