To @alek: All the more reason to consult a doctor, e.g. a family doctor at the POZ clinic. Medicines for oral mycosis, e.g. Nystatin or Daktarin Oral, are available on prescription. Therefore, consultation with a doctor is indicated.
I understand, however, I am sure about ringworm, I feel a yeast aftertaste, when I bounce the smell is disgusting, in addition problems with swallowing saliva

To clearly determine whether it is oral mycosis, you should consult a doctor. A raid on the tongue does not always have to mean ringworm, so please consult a doctor - the pharmacist is not authorized in this area. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleadvice here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Until the visit, you can use disinfectants for rinsing your mouth, which can be purchased at the pharmacy. Here you can compare the prices of sample products and order the product with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95186/eludril-classic-plyn/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21851/dentosept-plyn/apteki I also attach links to helpful entries: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/zmiany-w-jamie-ustnej https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/grzybica-jamy-ustnej
