Is increasing the dose of Nexpram associated with the expectation of an effect and side effects?
I pytanko I take for 6 weeks Nexpram 10 mg. Now I switched to 15 mg Nexpram.Is changing the dose to a larger one is again a rest treatment and waiting for these 4.6 weeks for action . And whether the side throws as for the first time taking 10 mg Thank you

Usually, the effects of therapy are visible after about 2 weeks after increasing the dose. According to the manufacturer: "Clinical improvement usually occurs after 2 - 4 weeks of treatment. Depending on the individual response of the patient, the dose may subsequently be reduced to 5 mg or increased to the maximum dose, i.e. 20 mg per day."
This Nexpram 15 I take from 3 days .. and 10 mg I took 7 weeks ... And if I increase the dose from smaller to larger, I have to wait 4 or 5 weeks as long asz will work what. And if what, how much time is needed for the second dose to wait for the effects, because the doctor told me to come in two months, thank you

No, increasing the dose of the drug that has been used for a long time should simply bring a stronger effect. However, you should not wait as long as you have started treatment for the first time to notice the difference. If side effects have not been present, they should not occur after a dose increase of 5 mg. However, if you feel the negative effects of using the drug - then please consult your doctor.
