Fibraxine does not contain lactose, theoretically it should not cause problems in people with lactose intolerance. However, the manufacturer indicates that the product contains milk proteins. In case of cow's milk intolerance, it is usually recommended to avoid not only lactose, but also cow's milk proteins such as casein. I enclose materials that may be interesting and information about the possibility of using teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/nietolerancja-a-alergia-pokarmowa https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/nietolerancja-laktozy-czy-da-sie-ja-wyleczyc
