Are Nasonex and Nasometin Control the same thing?

Is nasonex the same as nasometin Control? The first on prescription, the second without a prescription. However, nasonex has information about giving to children in the leaflet and nasometin Control described as over 18 years of age.

Nasonex and Nasometin Control are replacements. The leaflet of Nasometin Control states that it can be used over 18 years of age due to the fact that it is available without a prescription, and this medicine should not be used in children without a doctor's recommendation.
