Can I use Polocard and Trosicam at the same time?

Concomitant use of acetylsalicylic acid (Polocard), even in low doses, and meloxicam (Trosicam) is associated with an increased risk of side effects, m.in. in the form of gastrointestinal bleeding. This risk is particularly important for patients over 65 years of age, smokers, people who abuse alcohol and people with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or a history of ulcers. At the same time, it should be noted that meloxicam is less likely than ibuprofen or naproxen to cause gastrointestinal bleeding, therefore, if the concomitant use of both drugs has been prescribed by a doctor, follow the recommended dosage.
