Can I take a 7-day break for bleeding after a few active tablets from a new blister?

I take Novynette birth control pills (21+7 days off). On Monday I should start my break, but I took a tablet from a new blister. I did the same on Tuesday and Wednesday. Can I start my break on Thursday? Should it then last normally 7 days or maybe 4? I also thought about taking a break only after finishing the new packaging, but I like this version the least. Thanks in advance for your reply.

In order for protection to be provided, a 7-day break should be made only after you have finished taking the tablets from the current package. If you stop taking the blister tablets on Thursday, protection will not be provided and you will need to use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom.
