Can I change the dosage of Ketrel?
Hi, I take Ketrel 50 mg at night and 50 mg per day, I would like to know if I can take the morning dose in two portions of 25 mg with an interval of eg 2 or 3 hours, because a single 50 mg works on me hypnotically and during the day it is a problem.
