Unfortunately, it is not known when and if the facial hair will disappear.
It may be worth consulting a dermatologist, e.g.
After long-term use of Minovivax 5, facial hair has appeared (larger, thicker and visible fuzz) Will the excess facial hair disappear after Minovivax 5% 5 and when?

Excessive hair (in the case of women also on the face) is a possible, frequent side effect of Minovivax. The leaflet recommends that if you are using Minovivax 5% in the evening, apply the medicine to the scalp at least 2 hours before going to bed. In women, this can minimize the risk of facial hair.
