What should I do if I don't know which Hastina tablet I missed?

For more than two months I have been taking hastina around 4 pm. I do not know if I skipped the tablet on Sunday (8th day of the cycle) or on Monday (9th day) today (on Tuesday I took two tablets but only around 21.30). If I took a pill on Monday, it was also around 9:30 p.m. What should I do in this situation to continue taking pills regularly? And do I have to apply additional protection and if so, for how long?

If you are not sure which Hastina tablet you missed, I encourage you to consult your gynecologist. You can also use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem The next tablets should be used at the same time. In the event that 4 p.m. does not ensure regular use of the drug, I encourage you to change the time of taking the drug. Until the consultation, I encourage you to use an additional method of contraception. The leaflet of the drug does not describe the procedure in such a case as described. With the correct start of the new pack of the drug, the contraceptive effectiveness will be preserved. I enclose a link to check the availability of Hastina and make a reservation at the selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89145/hastina-244-tabletki-powlekane/apteki We wrote about how to use contraception correctly in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
