How to give Fenistil drops: undiluted immediately into the face or add to milk?

Good morning, my 5-week-old baby got prescribed fenistil 2x 3 drops each, but I forgot to ask how to give undiluted immediately to the face, or add to milk?

When Fenistil is given to an infant, it is usually recommended to dilute it before administration. Undiluted medicine may have an unpleasant taste and cause discomfort.
