Will spotting disappear spontaneously during Vixpo use or go to a gynecologist?

Hello, I am 20 years old I have been taking Vixpo birth control pills for over a year. Recently, when taking placebo tablets, normal withdrawal bleeding began, but it was prolonged into active tablets, lasted 7 days and lasted 4/5. When the bleeding finally stopped, the brown spotting began, not intense but bothersome, and has not occurred recently. Is such a thing normal and will end by itself? Whether to go to the gynecologist
