To @Gabi: No, the occurrence of vaginal discharge or bleeding is not affected by the result of the pregnancy test.
And can vaginal discharge/bleeding falsify the test result?

Bleeding that occurred 3 days after discontinuation of the contraceptive pill should be treated as withdrawal bleeding, not physiological menstruation. The first day of bleeding marks the first day of a new cycle. If the use of birth control pills is not continued, the next bleeding should be treated as physiological menstruation.
