I have a question whether 14 days after intercourse I 7 days after withdrawal bleeding beta hcg result from blood is 0.1 and, 17 days after intercourse I 10 days after withdrawal bleeding beta hcg result from blood is 0.2 And also 22 days after intercourse And 15 days after withdrawal bleeding beta hcg result from blood is 0.1. Can you already 100% exclude pregnancy?

As I wrote, pregnancy can be ruled out.

These were blood tests. And not from urine. With blood is above 5mlU/ml means pregnancy. So I have to be calm when I did blood tests after 14, 17 and 22 days after intercourse and normal withdrawal bleeding?

Yes, pregnancy can be ruled out in this case. It is believed that when the beta-hCG result is below 10mlU/ml, the presence of pregnancy can be excluded.
