Good morning, I take medications: ketrel (200 mg, half morning and half evening) and exista (300 mg, half morning, half evening). I feel confused, drowsy, I have the impression that it is harder for me to speak, formulate a statement, as if it was more difficult, as if the language was so heavy (I work with people). Is this a normal side effect when it passes? I have been taking this dose for about 2 weeks.

Usually, symptoms of this type may appear during the first month of therapy. Nevertheless, if these symptoms hinder daily functioning, it is worth consulting your psychiatrist. Perhaps the specialist will decide to change the dosage of drugs. Side effects should always be reported to the doctor or appropriate institutions, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I also attach a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
