How long can ProVag be used?

How long should I take Provag oral probiotic after bacterial infection and antibiotic therapy? After a long time of using this probiotic, e.g. after 3 months, will the natural bacterial flora "not get lazy" and after discontinuation of this probiotic there will be no infections?
