Can Estrofem and Spironol affect the effectiveness of Absenor?

Is it possible to use Absenor with Estrofem and Spironol? I am currently taking estrofem and spironol medications as part of hormone therapy. The neurologist also prescribed Absenor as a medication for epilepsy (previously it was depakine), but he was not willing to answer questions. So I ask, is there any risk of using these three drugs together?

Estrofem may reduce the anticonvulsant effect of Absenor. If you are concerned that Absenor may not be effective enough, it may be worth consulting another neurologist or asking your gynecologist to change your treatment.
