If Tobradex causes redness of the eye, should the drug be discontinued?

If conjunctival redness occurs due to the use of Tobradex, should I stop using them or wait it out?

The observed side effect should be reported to the doctor, who on this basis will decide on further proceedings. Do not modify the therapy on your own. If you are not able to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Redness may be caused by allergy to benzalkonium chloride contained in the preparation, so it may not disappear with the duration of therapy, but intensify.
