What to do so that the Mirena insert does not move?

Hello I suffer from endometriosis and adenomyosis. I have an intrauterine device Mirena to reduce pain. What can I do to prevent it from moving? What to avoid? What to do? In addition to the IUD, I use Slinde, Orgametril, Evra patches and, of course, painkillers and No Spa Forte. Can you advise something? That's my 3 Mirena in 3 months. And I can't give it up. Please some help.

For @Anna: It is possible, for example, that the Kyleena system may displace as a result of uterine contractions during menstruation. In the case of partial protrusion of Kyleen's system from the uterus, the woman and her partner may notice it during sexual intercourse. It should be remembered that if the system falls out completely or partially, the patient will not be protected against pregnancy, so in case of any doubts, you should go to a gynecologist who will examine the correct position of the system using ultrasound. What situations generally provoke the displacement of the Mirena system? In addition, he uses single-component tablets recommended by a gynecologist.

And do contractions affect whether Mirena shifts or doesn't matter? After the assumption there are cramps, and during menstruation when it is not abundant, but painful? Does this also threaten the shift of the Mirena system?

To reduce the risk of the MIrena system falling out or shifting, it is recommended to use sanitary napkins in case of bleeding. Using menstrual cups or tampons risks pulling the threads of the system, which can cause it to shift. It is recommended to independently check the position of the system by inserting a finger into the vagina and carefully checking for the presence of threads in the cervical area. Do not pull the threads of the system. It happens that patients with heavy menstrual bleeding spontaneously expel the Mirena system. If you suspect that the IUD has shifted or expelled, it is recommended to consult a doctor. No other recommendations are described, e.g. for physical activity during the use of the IUD.
