The first pack of Jeanine contraceptive pills should be started on the 1st day of the cycle, i.e. on the day of menstruation. Choose a convenient time, as the tablets should be taken at the same time every day. After 21 days (this is how many tablets are in the package), you should take a 7-day break, during which the period appears (withdrawal bleeding). After 7 days, you start another pack, even if the bleeding has not yet stopped. This is the case at all times when Jeanine is used. If you want to skip bleeding or change its day, follow the instructions in this leaflet. To sum up - if you start the pills on Monday, then after 21 days, also on Monday, a 7-day break begins. After 7 days, the next Monday - you start a new package.
