Without consulting a doctor, do not use the medicines mentioned in the question at the same time. The simultaneous use of betahistine (Apobetina) and levocetirizine (Zyx) may be associated with a weakening of the effect of betahistane, increasing the risk of tinnitus, dizziness or nausea. Symptoms of this interaction may or may not occur. As the betahistine contained in Apobetina is a histamine analogue, it may interact with all oral allergy relief agents whose mechanism is based on the inhibition of histamine receptors. In the case of pollen allergy, manifested by swelling of the nasal mucosa (runny nose with watery discharge), sneezing or itching of the eyes and nose, you can reach for one of the over-the-counter drugs containing mometasone in the form of a nasal spray. These medicines do not interact with the betahistine in Apobetina.
