According to the recommendations of the National Antibiotic Protection Program in the treatment of bacterial angina, the drug of first choice is phenoxymethylpenicillin (Ospen). If the patient is allergic to penicillin, cefadroxil (Duracef) is recommended, while in case of hypersensitivity to all beta-lactams, it is recommended to use macrolides (e.g. azithromycin contained in Sumamed). Clindamycin (Dalacin C) is used in case of recurrence of angina, if its cause is not known. I enclose the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21077/dalacin-c-kapsulki/ulotka and the article that is worth reading: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/antybiotyki-czy-przestana-dzialac
