What should I do if I have spotting after 1.5 years of using Yasmin?

I have been taking Jasmin contraceptive pills for 1.5 years. Around the 6th day, after a seven-day break, I was about 7 hours late with the tablet. From that moment on, for 4 days, he observes brown / slightly brown spotting. Should I be afraid?whether to go to the gynecologist as soon as possible? I have not had such a situation before, although in previous months I forgot to take the tablet at a given time

The occurrence of spotting after 1.5 years of using Yasmin, even if taking the tablet with a 7-hour delay, should be consulted with a gynecologist. Spotting does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the drug. If you are not able to visit stationary, I encourage you to use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem Spotting may be one of the side effects of Yasmin. I encourage you to report their speech. Reporting side effects increases control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I enclose a link to check the availability of Yasmin and make a reservation at the selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/84756/yasmin-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
