The calcium dobezylate contained in Galvenox Veno reduces the permeability of blood vessels and increases their strength, which improves circulation, reducing stagnation in venous vessels and preventing swelling and inhibiting the development of thrombotic changes associated with the formation of varicose veins, especially in the lower limbs. However, the drug does not affect blood pressure values. Among the side effects, there was no numbness in the legs or shortness of breath.
