The effects of treatment should be visible up to 4 weeks after choosing the right dose. According to the documentation for the treatment of nocturia: "The recommended starting dose is 60 micrograms sublingually at bedtime. If this dose is not effective enough after one week of use, it may be increased to 120 micrograms sublingually and then to 240 micrograms sublingually, at weekly intervals when increasing the dose."
