Can I experience increased side effects at the start of taking Setaloft?

Hello, Today I started taking setaloft 50mg, I took the first half tablet in the morning, and now I feel like I have to leave this world soon.. numbness in the legs and arms, tingling in the legs, dizziness, even tightness in the chest. Is it possible that on the first day after taking half the dose, I immediately have side effects? And to such an extent? I'm horrified by this..

At the beginning of treatment with Setaloft, your symptoms may worsen (which may affect the feeling of weakness, for example). In addition, increased side effects may occur, which should decrease with the duration of therapy.
