If I took the EllaOne tablet at the beginning of ovulation, is there a chance of pregnancy?

If intercourse took place before ovulation and ejaculation was inside, and after 4 days you took the ellaOne tablet just during the beginning of ovulation, is there a chance of getting pregnant? I didn't get my period in the expected time.

EllaOne is effective if taken before ovulation (even immediately before). If ovulation has already occurred, ulipristal acetate (the active ingredient in EllaOne) is not effective. EllaOne can be taken up to 120 hours after unprotected intercourse. However, since it is not possible to predict the exact time of ovulation (the "calendar" method is not precise), it is recommended to take a tablet such as EllaOne as soon as possible after unprotected sex. After taking EllaOne, menstrual bleeding may occur a few days earlier or later than expected. However, if menstruation is delayed by more than 7 days, it is recommended to perform a pregnancy test and / or contact a gynecologist.
