How is Furaginum used?

Hello for two months I have been struggling with an intimate infection I took a large dose of 250 mg furaginum this morning is better . My question is whether, when I took the medicine in the morning or in the evening, I should take it again and how long the furaginum remains in the body, I took the drug at 10 am, when I should take the next dose

Furaginum is a medicine intended to treat urinary tract infections. It should be taken in divided doses at equal intervals - on the first day 4 times 100 mg, and for the next 6 days 3 times 100 mg. After administration, the drug stays in the body for a very short time (about 6-8 hours), hence the need for such frequent repetition of the dose. I enclose a helpful video:
