Does Brintellix interact with Concerta?

Good morning. Does Brintellix interact with Concerta 18mg? If I take Concerta in the morning and Brintellix at night, is there a risk of serotonin syndrome? Best regards

Methylphenidate (the active ingredient in Concerta) may increase blood levels and increase the effect of vortioxetine (the active ingredient in Brintellix). Therefore, the risk of side effects such as hallucinations, confusion, convulsions or serotonin syndrome increases. It may be accompanied by symptoms such as fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhoea, (uncontrolled) muscle spasms, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood swings, loss of consciousness. If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, consultation is necessary as to whether they are to be used concomitantly. You may need to change your dosage recommendations. If your medication has been prescribed by the same doctor, it is important that you follow the dosing schedule. If you notice any side effects, please contact your doctor immediately. Side effects disappear after discontinuation of the drug. The interaction may occur despite the interval between medications.
