Milurit (allopurinol) is a drug mainly used to treat gout, which works by lowering the level of uric acid in the blood. In the case of Milurite and turmeric, there are no known direct interactions that could negatively affect the effect of the drug. However, turmeric may have an anticoagulant effect and may increase the risk of bleeding. If you have problems with blood clotting or are taking other anticoagulants, it is important to consult your doctor before starting turmeric supplementation.
