Should I stop taking Preato if I have an elevated heart rate, get tired quickly and it burns under my arm and shoulder blade?

I've been taking preato for a month. I often have an elevated heart rate, I get tired quickly, burns under the left armpit and shoulder blade. Should I stop taking the medicine?

In the event of side effects, it is worth reporting to the attending physician who, after collecting a thorough history, will decide whether the benefits of continuing treatment outweigh the possible risks and decide on further proceedings. Withdrawal of Preato yourself is not recommended as withdrawal symptoms may occur. If you are not able to contact your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja You can read about whether, how and when you can stop taking medication in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki I encourage you to report side effects. This allows us to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which may help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Side effects of drugs can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg elk-side-effect-0
