Hi I have before me the assumption of 1 disc ginoring. I know that I assume it on the 1st day of the cycle or 1 day of menstruation, I have it in the calendar on May 25, but what if, for example, the period does not appear on May 25 only a day earlier or later? After all, I assume May 25 or I assume it when my period begins because I do not understand ...

The first Ginoring disc should be inserted on day 1 of the cycle, i.e. the day the bleeding occurs. "Calendar" is only a supporting and indicative method when it comes to determining individual days in subsequent cycles.
