Aulin can be used in combination with Telmix if it has been prescribed by the same doctor, or if the prescriber has been told what other medicines you are already taking and what additional medical conditions you are suffering from. Nimesulide (the active ingredient in Aulin) may reduce the effect of Telmix, so if a combination of these medicines is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosing regimen agreed with your doctor.
