According to the information in the leaflet: the contents of the sachet should be dissolved in lukewarm water or other lukewarm liquid (milk, juice, yogurt) and consumed immediately after preparation. The contents of the sachet should not be dissolved in hot or carbonated liquids. After opening the sachet, the bacteria contained in the preparation may lose their beneficial properties as a result of storage.
