Is it possible to use Infectvagin if I have symptoms of an intimate infection and I am waiting for an appointment with a gynecologist?

Hello, I feel a slight itching of intimate places and pain in the lower abdomen. I have a visit to the gynecologist on Monday at the earliest. Should I use any medications such as Infectvaginal until then, or is it better to wait until the visit? And if used, won't it be a problem if I stop taking the preparation in favor of another drug prescribed by the doctor?
