I am afraid that you have been rather vague in defining the names of medicinal products. I understand that you mean Altacet tablets for making compresses, Hirudoid ointment and other anti-inflammatory drug in gel form? Hirudoid is used to treat hematomas and post-traumatic areas - it has a slightly different composition than classic anti-inflammatory drugs of the Naproxen type. Altacet has an anti-edematous effect - it can be used together with the above preparations (tablets should be dissolved and compresses made from the prepared solution), but it is worth keeping a distance and using these drugs at other times of the day.
