Could Asertin have caused no withdrawal bleeding?

Good morning. I take Orlifique birth control pills regularly. From Thursday I started taking Asertin50 tablets. On Sunday I should have menstruation, but unfortunately there is no bleeding. Could Asertin50 tablets have caused a missed period?

Asertin should not affect the occurrence of withdrawal bleeding with Orlifique tablets, but this cannot be completely ruled out. Sometimes there is no withdrawal bleeding during a break in the contraceptive pill/placebo pill. However, if the tablets were taken correctly, there is no reason to worry.
