Should I stop Dicloduo Combi if there is blood in the stool?

After taking Diclo Duo Combi, the pain of sciatica disappeared, but after 1 capsule when passing stool, blood appeared, should I stop taking these tablets? Is it dangerous?

Blood in the stool is a disturbing symptom that should be consulted with a doctor as soon as possible. Dicloduo Combi contains, m.in. diclofenac, a substance from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which may lead to gastrointestinal bleeding. Therefore, further intake of the preparation should be consulted with a doctor. I suggest you refrain from using Dicloduo until the visit and report the appearance of blood in the stool to a specialist. It will determine whether the blood after passing stool is the result of using Dicloduo Combi or another medical condition. Through Gdziepolek there is a possibility to take advantage of teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I encourage you to report side effects: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane We wrote more about sciatica and painkillers here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/rwa-kulszowa-bol-kregoslupa https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac
