Good morning. I combined two packs of vibin tablets and at the end of the second package absent-mindedly ate two tablets (Wednesday and Thursday). I take the last pill on Monday. Can I choose it from a spare blister and take a normal 7 day break? Will combining packages and taking a double dose not affect the effectiveness? Best regards

This is possible and will not affect the effectiveness of contraception, but I do not recommend skipping / shortening withdrawal bleeding breaks as often as this can lead to irregular bleeding and spotting.
And if I would like to shorten the placebo because of the trip, is it also acceptable in the following case? Should I leave 7 days ?

Then you can take one additional tablet from the spare blister. Contraceptive protection will also be preserved.
However, I want to keep the current day of the first tablet

In the described case, it is not necessary to select the tablet from a spare blister. You can simply stop taking the pills the day before and start a 7-day break the day before. Contraceptive protection will remain maintained - combining two packs and taking two pills in one day do not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
