Hello. The question may be stupid, but for me quite important. Will black turnip shampoo affect the effectiveness of naraya two-component contraceptive pills?

There is no information that black turnip shampoo affects the effectiveness of Naraya tablets. However, such an action seems unlikely - the shampoo is applied topically, externally and rinses quickly. I do not see the possibility of such a shampoo causing drug interactions.
