Thank you for sharing your case. Dizziness is not listed as possible side effects of Glucophage. However, in combination with other antidiabetic medicines that may cause hypoglycaemia (e.g. sulphonylureas, insulin, meglitinides), there is a risk of hypoglycaemia. Symptoms of hypoglycaemia include, m.in, dizziness and weakness, increased sweating, increased heart rate, visual disturbances or difficulty concentrating. If these symptoms are bothersome or persist for a long time, you should consult your doctor, who may recommend a change in the dose or method of taking the medicine, or suggest a different medicine for diabetes. It is important not to stop taking the drug without consulting your doctor. Any modifications in the therapy should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your health condition. We wrote more about it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki If you are unable to get to your doctor, the GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
