Can Xyzal cause dryness of the nasal mucosa?

Can Xyzal cause dryness of the nasal mucosa? The membrane inside is dried so that it bleeds. I'm on a four-fold dose.

Drying of the nasal mucosa is not listed among the known side effects of Xyzal. If you are using Xyzal and feel dry in your nose, talk to your doctor, who may prescribe additional medications or soothing agents for topical application to relieve symptoms. If you are unable to get to your doctor, the GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to get a teleconsultation with your doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja If there was a nosebleed, it is probably due to overdrying of the mucous membrane in the nose. To remedy this, it is recommended to moisturize the nasal mucosa, using, for example: Hysan nasal drops: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89700/hysan-krople-do-nosa-krople-do-nosa/apteki Gilbert NaCl 0.9% Saline: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/32833/gilbert-nacl-0-9-sol-fizjologiczna-plyn/apteki?pvid=258480#internetowe Nollix: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87170/nollix-aerozol/apteki?pvid=207428#internetowe If the nosebleed is strong or does not go away, Contact your doctor.
