Is it possible to combine Mirtagen with Amitriptyline?

Good morning, I found a similar question but I would like to ask what to do in this situation, I have been treating neurosis for years in I took the drug mirtagen 45, which so to speak does not do its job and now I have to take in addition to amitriptyline 10 mg , I read in the state on the forum that this is not a very good combination, what my do in this situation?

Such a combination can be used. These drugs do not interact with each other clinically. According to the manufacturer of Mirtagen in the Safety Data Sheet: "Interaction studies did not reveal any significant pharmacokinetic changes when patients were given mirtazapine, paroxetine, amitriptyline, risperidone or lithium concomitantly." Both medicines should be used according to the dosage regimen agreed with your doctor.
